Remembering Chad Aerts: A Fundraiser for His Children’s Future
Chad Aerts brought light, leadership, and creativity to every space he entered—from design studios and engineering meetings to family hikes and ocean voyages. During his years at MillerKnoll, Chad was known for his calm presence, inventive mind, and inclusive spirit. He made meaningful contributions to the workplace and the people around him—and many of us are better for having known him. Chad passed away in January 2025, and while his loss is deeply felt, his memory continues to inspire. At the center of Chad’s world was his family. He was a devoted husband to Marsha and a proud father to Keegan, Stellamia, and Boden—his greatest legacy. In honor of Chad’s life and values, we’re holding a fundraiser to support his children’s education and future. This is an opportunity for those who worked with Chad to come together, reflect on the impact he made, and give back in a way that reflects his generous, forward-looking spirit.
